Our Health and Wellbeing Days focus on different aspects of living with ovarian cancer and aim to provide practical tools and advice to help you to look after your physical health and emotional wellbeing. This event is open to anyone whose life has been affected by ovarian cancer, including friends and family of those diagnosed with the illness.

Planned workshops:

  • Looking after your digestive health, during and after treatment
  • Haircare and scalp care
  • How to be your own life coach
  • A practical guide to meditation
  • Going back to work or volunteering after treatment
  • Pamper session
  • Silk painting art session
  • Information and support session with the Ovacome team
  • Friends and family coffee and chat

The Ovacome Annual General Meeting will take place in the afternoon at this event; those who wish to attend will be able to vote and voice their opinions on key decisions about Ovacome’s priorities moving forward.
