A memory box can be an actual box filled with different items which you give to someone you care about, reminding them of times you have shared together. But there are many ways to collect and create mementoes for friends and family.

This series of four informal Q&A sessions will look at video recordings, writing, and crafting for your own unique memory boxes. Each session will be given by a guest speaker along with a member of our support team. You can attend all four sessions, or just one or two that are of interest.

Introduction to making a memory box for your loved ones - Wednesday 5 May, 2-3pm

Crafting for your memory box - Wednesday 26 May, 2-3pm

How to make a video recording for your memory box - Wednesday 2 June 2-3pm

Writing for your memory box - Wednesday 23 June, 2-3pm

Once you register below, you will be sent the joining instructions for all four sessions, the day before they take place. However you are welcome to only join us for the sessions which are of most interest to you.
