The Ovacome Choir is a social, relaxed singing group which provides an opportunity for anyone whose life has been affected by ovarian cancer to meet others with similar experiences, in a fun and supportive environment.

Our free choir will now be run virtually, using Zoom (an online video call platform), so you can join in our fun singing sessions from anywhere in the world! This will be an exciting opportunity to connect with others in the Ovacome community, and uplift each other when we are spending more time indoors.

Register below to receive details about how to join a session.

We meet every Sunday 3.30-5pm. We are currently on our festive break and will meet again on 3 January 2021.

You can join any time between 3.30 and 4pm for social time or join at 4pm to sing until 5pm with a short break.

"The Ovacome choir is a joy. Everyone there knows how you feel, but without having to explain yourself."

"Singing through my treatment was a great way to distract myself and to find some joy in life when there was so much uncertainty."

"It's not about being good at singing - like me, many of the ladies there have 'chemo-brain', so remembering the lyrics can be an uphill struggle. But we just laugh about it and sing our hearts out."

"[My mum] just lights up when she's there. The laughter is infectious and she has made friends for life."

If you have any questions about the choir or our new virtual sessions, please email Julia at [email protected] or call 0207 299 6654.
