Coping with Uncertainty

This webinar will be facilitated by Novelette Aldred, a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Novelette will be leading a session on how to cope with the various areas of uncertainty that a cancer diagnosis can bring, as well as how to cope with other times of uncertainty that occur throughout life’s journey.

This session may also be of benefit to those supporting a loved one who is living with cancer, and all are most welcome to attend.
