1 Amazing Charity
12 Opportunist Months
12 Gruelling Challenges

Hey, my name is Harri & I’m a Coach based in London & the Founder of Fundamental Fitness Academy Ltd.

I’m about to endeavour on a set of challenges, whereby I’ll be completing 1 fitness challenge every single month to raise money and awareness for an incredible charity called: Ovacome.

Ovacome are a small UK based attentive charity that have played a significant part in caring and supporting my family throughout the hardest periods of our lives.

I’ve rewritten this page at least 7 times now because my mum, being the Stoic she is has made me take out the soppy bits so I’m going to keep this short and sweet.

My mum, like so many others, has been battling Ovarian Cancer for 8 years.

She’s continued to work throughout every treatment period she’s been in and had to deal with a hell of a lot more than a lot of us. Inspiring the HELL out of me & everyone around her.

She hates attention, sympathy & fuss, when I told her about this she literally didn’t want me to do it or make it about her, so instead of giving you a life story, I’m going to express the need for awareness for this type of cancer, for the women in our lives.

It’s a disease that not many people know of & are aware of how devastating it can be to ones quality of life.

I want you to take extra care for the women in your life, emphasise the fact that this cancer exists and should be thoroughly checked.

I often say my mums a witch because she always knew when I was lying as a kid & she still always knows when I’m not being myself, but 8 years ago she felt as though something was up with her body, and she was right…

If you think you’re body is trying to tell you something, listen to it, don’t believe you’re being dramatic or paranoid by seeing an expert.

I’m going to leave it there - I’ll be updating this page as the year goes on because I’m going to leave the donation open until jan 2022 as the challenges are going to get bigger, tougher & scarier but I want to experience just 0.00001% of the pain & suffering that women with this cancer have to go through, so I’ll be venturing into the unknown.

That being said, I’m going to be doing some things I have no idea whether I’ll be able to complete - but 1 thing I do know is that I will be persevering through every single one of these challenges & doing my best to complete them at a competitive pace.

I’m doing my bit, so please do your bit by donating as much as you can spare for this cause, so they can continue to care for women like my mum.

The money you're donating will be used to help people who're going through this get the best possible treatment & support that they need & provide further research for preventions, cures & medicine.

Follow my social media pages where all of the content regarding the challenges will be released.
