Could you help us to improve patient and carer experience for LGBT+ people affected by ovarian cancer?

In the past, some of our members have made us aware that many ovarian cancer resources are not inclusive enough and that there does not seem to be enough general awareness of the discrepancies in cancer care often faced by the LGBT community.

We set up this focus group to help us better understand, based on personal experiences, how we can better support our community and provide resources which are relevant, informed and accurate.

We'd like to hear about your experiences of ovarian cancer, what information and support you felt was missing, what was helpful, and how you think we can work to improve overall patient and carer experience for the LGBT community.

The group is open to anyone whose life has been affected by ovarian cancer, whether you are a patient, carer, friend or family member. We will meet virtually, using Zoom. You can join us on your computer, tablet or smartphone, or you can simply dial in on your landline or mobile phone.

If you would like to join the group, simply fill in the form below. If you have any questions, please get in touch at [email protected] or call 0800 008 7054.

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday 6 October 2020, at 11 am.
