The Supersonic 10km is a fantastic flat and fast course, great for setting a quick time or for a chance to take in the stunning Bournemouth coastline at your own pace. Starting and finishing near the Bournemouth Marathon Festival Hub in the Lower Gardens, this beautiful coastal route heads along Undercliff Drive past some of the lovely Beach Huts, before turning back towards Bournemouth. The Supersonic 10K route allows runners the rare opportunity to run along the iconic Bournemouth Pier, before finishing in the gorgeous Lower Gardens for a well-deserved ice cream!

£124 could pay for six weeks of online support groups and workshops for someone who is feeling particularly isolated and vulnerable during the pandemic. £232 could provide a support session to a group of people who need support at: end of life, family and friends, those who have been newly bereaved, stoma, or rarer forms of cancer.
