News & stories Research news Immune discovery 'may treat all cancer' 20 January 2020 Researchers at Cardiff University have discovered a part of our immune system which could be used to treat all cancers, including ovarian cancer. A T-cell and its receptor can find and kill a wide range of cancerous cells in the lab. The findings have not been tested in patients, but the research is thought to be very exciting.
