Kerry Keates As I continue to receive treatment for Ovarian Cancer we are fundraising to support Ovacome in their work in raising awareness and research into this lesser known female cancer.

We'll be starting off Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month by lighting up Old Joe at the University of Birmingham, where Ovacome have their research site, teal blue (the colour that symbolises Ovarian Cancer). I am also doing a radio interview in connection with the lighting up. Next, we will have an awareness and fundraising display at Gloucestershire Constabulary Headquarters, incorporating an informative 'Ovacome at Work' talk. Throughout the month, friends and family will kindly be supporting us in their workplaces by displaying posters and leaflets and raising money in cake sales and with collection tins. Finally we will be ending the month with our biggest challenge: on Mother's Day (Sunday 22nd March) Jay and Holly will be skydiving, something they've always wanted to do and which will be even more meaningful for this great cause.
