We know how important it is for our services to be inclusive and accessible. We provide support and information videos and resources in Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Gujarati, Hindi, Polish, Punjabi, Romanian, Slovak, Urdu and Welsh. We also have a community language support phone line, and offer translation of our support materials into any language.
We offer anyone experiencing barriers to accessing information and support the following services:
Access phone support via an interpreter
Interpreted phone calls for anyone affected by ovarian cancer, so they can discuss their concerns with our support team in a personalised way that is understandable.
What happens after a diagnosis?
Community language support videos explaining what happens following a diagnosis in Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati, Arabic, Polish and Mandarin.
