In 2027, I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon.
Unfortunately, due a neck operation, Rob has had to withdraw from the event and asked if I would run in his place. Knowing how much this fundraising effort in Debbie’s memory means to him, I was honoured to accept the challenge and continue raising funds for Ovacome on behalf of Debbie and her loved ones.
Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of getting to know Ovacome and supporting their fundraising efforts. Ovacome is a small charity that receives no government funding and provides vital support to people affected by ovarian cancer.
I have seen first-hand the incredible work the charity does and the difference it makes to those who need it most. Every donation, no matter the size, is greatly appreciated and helps Ovacome continue providing support, information and a sense of community to those affected by ovarian cancer.
