I've created this page in memory of a loved one.
Caroline lived her life to the full having many great adventures travelling across the world, walking the fells and endless miles of cycling.
We wanted to honour and celebrate her memory by raising money for this Charity having met families in a similar position whilst in the Loweswater Ward, West Cumberland. It is startling how many people we have come across who have had this illness in their family.
Please help us help them by giving whatever you can. The more people that know about Charity, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family.
