I was told I had stage 4 ovarian cancer.
It had already spread to my spleen, liver, kidney, and bowel.

And, like so many people say, it felt as though everything froze.

I'm so lucky to have my family and my friends to support me through this.

But here’s the thing: when you’re living with ovarian cancer, it’s not just the treatment that’s hard.
It’s the waiting.
The confusion.
The endless googling at 3am, trying to make sense of survival rates and symptoms.

That’s where Ovacome comes in.

Ovacome is a UK charity that gives women and families facing ovarian cancer something priceless: expert information, a safe community, and support that makes you feel less alone when everything feels overwhelming.

They helped me understand what was happening at a time when I felt scared and lost.
