Ovacome is a membership charity. Membership is open to anyone affected by ovarian cancer, including the relatives and friends of those diagnosed, as well as those at risk of ovarian cancer and healthcare professionals.
Our members are at the heart of everything we do and help to ensure that our services are continually responding to the changing needs of those affected by the disease. You will be joining a friendly, supportive community of many thousands of people, all working together to promote knowledge and support others.
Ovacome membership is completely free.
Why become a member?
As a member of Ovacome, you will:
- Be able to attend our Members Day events
- Receive a copy of each issue of our magazine, twice a year (either by email via our Ezine, or by post)
- Be able to request specific services (such as new information resources, events in your area, or help with setting up a local support group)
- Be able to access financial assistance towards transport and accommodation costs to attend our events
- Be able to attend and vote at our Annual General Meetings
- Influence our work and strategic direction through member surveys
- From time to time receive special offers, free subscriptions and goody packs, provided through carefully selected partnerships
