Help me to make a difference to those affected by ovarian cancer

, I’m running another competition in aid of Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.

If you would like to guess  the name it’s £1 a go. 

Rules 

1 You can pick absolutely any name. You need just need to give Ovacome the names and donations and  Ovacome will put them into a spinner and spin the spinner on 1st April 2026.  

2  Whichever name the spinner lands on will win the cute knitted kitty. 

3 On the spinner your cat's name will be first followed by the entrant's name - just in case two people come up with the same name.  

4 You can choose to stay anonymous to me and other players, but Ovacome will have your details to ensure if you win you are able to get your prize.

5  The competition will end at midnight on 31st March and Ovacome will spin the spinner on 1st Of April and we can notify the winner

Important Information - Can you help me make a real difference to the life of someone affected by ovarian cancer?

I’m raising funds for Ovacome, the national UK charity focused on providing support and information to anyone ( including me,) affected by this disease. Ovacome is a strong community for those who have been diagnosed, those who think that they might be at risk, friends and family, and healthcare professionals.

Ovacome exists to reduce isolation, provide expert information, promote understanding of ovarian cancer and its symptoms, and to support those affected by it in their time of need.  

Ovacome’s specialist support team is there to help those living with ovarian cancer navigate their treatment, care and life beyond the disease through the charity’s telephone support line, email, and 24-hour forum. Ovacome also hosts online and in-person groups, workshops, and events where people affected can meet others in similar circumstances, share advice, make friends, and offer encouragement to one another in a safe environment.

Ovacome receives no government funding and so relies on its donors and fundraisers to make its life-changing work possible. Your generosity could help someone affected by ovarian cancer access the vital support and resources they need. Any amount you feel able to give could have a huge impact on the experience of someone facing a diagnosis.
