Restoring your pelvic floor
A practical exercise workshop and Q&A with clinical exercise specialist Sarah Russell. Recorded in May 2025. If you’re experiencing pain, incontinence, prolapse or a change in your pelvic floor function/symptoms after surgery, this workshop is for you!
Important information to read before starting this workshop
For this workshop you’ll need to bring a hard chair (such as a dining chair), a Pilates ball (if you have one), or a hand towel or cushion.
Please note that you must not take part in the class if you have had surgery in the last 6 weeks.
Please consult with your doctor before taking up any new form of exercise. Sarah’s role is to provide verbal and visual guidance on how to stay active at home, and neither she nor Ovacome can accept any liability for injury. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the session, please stop immediately.
