Contact our support line

You can call the Ovacome support line on 0800 008 7054.
We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

The Ovacome support team are here to talk things through when you're feeling overwhelmed. We're here to support you, provide information or just for a friendly chat.

We support anyone affected by ovarian cancer - this includes family members and friends, those at risk, and health care professionals. When you're caring for someone with cancer it's important that you're supported too.

You can also call our support line if you're worried about symptoms and would like more information about some of the common signs of ovarian cancer.

Information collection and storage

The Ovacome support service will only ask you for the information we need in order to provide the service you have requested. This may include:

  • your name
  • your contact details

But we may request other information where it will help us answer your queries, such as:

  • your diagnosis
  • treatment details
  • where in the country you live

Support records are kept in a secure central Ovacome system with restricted access. Only the support team and safeguarding officers can access the records, which they will do only on a need to know basis.

Your information will not be shared with other organisations, unless we believe you are at risk of harm. Support service internal reporting is done with overall numbers and not with any service users personal details.

If you have any questions about support service record keeping, you can contact our support team on 0800 008 7054 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.

Thanks to Beat:Cancer for funding our support line.
